# Refund Policy

A clear starting point for understanding refunds and plan changes.

**Last updated: 7 October 2026**

## Before you order

Check the plan duration, price, device compatibility and service terms before committing.
If you are unsure whether your device is supported, contact support first.

## Refund requests

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service terms and applicable consumer
law. Any refund promise should be confirmed in writing before payment.

## Incorrect or incompatible setup

If a service does not work because an unsupported device, app or configuration was
used, that does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Contact support so
the issue can be assessed.

## How to request help

Need help with a refund or your order? Contact us directly on WhatsApp with your
order details and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card details
or passwords.
